The cost of shipping is automatically calculated when you place an order on our website. You will be able to see it before confirming your order.
Delivery time depends on the products ordered and on the delivery destination. All orders received before 17:00 are sent out the same day in order to be delivered the following working day (Saturdays, Sundays, and local and national holidays are not considered working days).
If a certain product were not available, the customer would be contacted and informed.
For Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla deliveries, time delays caused by frequent customs holdups are not be taken into account in our delivery time commitments.
A numbered shipping note is generated with every order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise s/he is receiving. Once the buyer has accepted the merchandise, s/he gives up the right to claim it as damaged or lost.
An invoice listing the total purchase amount is also generated with every order and is sent to the buyer. MUZAMAN S.L. is not obligated to compensate the buyer or third parties for consequences resulting from the use of the product, regardless of whether they be: direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by people, damages to other goods, loss of benefits or decreasing profits, damages that are a result of deterioration, or loss of data.
The buyer will have to send in a written and certified claim for missing items. For apparent missing items, the buyer must make a claim the moment the merchandise is received. For missing items which are not apparent, a claim must be made within 24 hours after receipt of the goods.
The transportation company which we normally work with is TOURLINE EXPRESS.

MUZAMAN S.L. works with TOURLINE EXPRESS’ TOURLINE 19 service, which means that they have until 19:00 of the following day of the shipping date to deliver the order to the customer’s address. However, TOURLINE EXPRESS reserves the right to use its TOURLINE 14 service, which allows the merchandise to be delivered half a day later to areas which are more than 30 kilometers roundtrip from the nearest office.

Note: Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, will be sent through express certified mail (Delivery time: 48/72 hours). In order to expedite shipping, the form of payment used for these areas must be one of the following: Bank Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal. The reason for this is that on orders made by Pay Upon Delivery to these areas, the payment and delivery takes up to more than a week. By paying for the order using one of the other forms of payment (not Pay Upon Delivery), it will be sent as express mail (24/48 hours).

Guarantees
MUZAMAN S.L. guarantees the hardware it sells or assembles against any factory defect during a period of two years. This excludes products for which the manufacturer provides the guarantee directly. In this case, the guarantee will depend on the standards the manufacturer establishes and MUZAMAN S.L. only agrees to provide the necessary information to process a claim, as it is the respective manufacturers who set the delivery times and transport policies. If faced with any problem with the hardware acquired at MUZAMAN S.L., the customer will have to contact MUZAMAN S.L.’s Technical Support by email at incidencias@electronicaweb.com. The customer will then receive detailed instructions to process the guarantee.
Six months after the date of purchase, the customer will have to show that the problem was in fact a manufacturing defect and not produced by customer misuse.
All the products and parts replaced by MUZAMAN S.L. become exclusive property of MUZAMAN S.L. The services rendered in the guarantee do not prolong or extend the initial guarantee period of the products.
The conditions of the guarantee may vary depending on the product and the type chosen by the customer. By default, they will follow the general terms and conditions established by the Consumer Product Guarantee Law (Lay 23/2203 July 10). Every claim must be accredited with the corresponding purchase receipt.
MUZAMANA S.L. will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for a decrease in profit or for direct or indirect damages. Its maximum responsibility, in any case, would be of the value of the merchandise.
The guarantee is considered invalid for products which have been mishandled or manipulated and which are not returned with all of their original parts and packaging; Products with damages which have been caused by the misuse of the product or the normal wear and tear; Problems caused by virus infection or illegal software and changes in the configuration of the operating system or any other software and for incorrect updates of the Firmware of the product; Problems caused by user installation of peripheral equipment and other added products after the date of purchase of the original product.
The time to process the guaranties may be delayed for reasons out of MUZAMAN S.L.’s control, such as: delays in the shipment of the merchandise by the transportation company, and delays from the manufacturer when replacing or repairing material.
If the customer were to use his/her own equipment or equipment provided to him/her by a third party not associated with MUZAMAN S.L., s/he would have to ensure that it is compatible with the material provided by MUZAMAN S.L. and that it is properly homologated and certified in accordance with applicable national and international terms.
MUZAMAN S.L. will not process returns or guarantees of any material which has the customer’s imprint on the adhesive tape, alterations or any annotations to the original packaging. Products ordered my mistake must be returned with shipping costs pre-paid. For products manipulated by the Customer and which cause malfunction, the customer will have to pay the costs of repair and shipping. Only MUZAMAN S.L. authorized personnel will be able to repair or verify the correct functioning of products.
If a product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced and sent to the Customer free of charge.
If a product passes the tests conducted by Technical Support and the results contradict the description given by the Customer, it will be sent back to the customer, who will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
All items must be sent with shipping pre-paid, along with a copy of the receipt, and a written description of the problem to MUZAMAN S.L.’s address located in the town of Cambrils, on the street Calle Castell de Prades, number 8, postal code 43850, in the Tarragona province. The contact telephone number is 977 378 156.
MUZAMAN S.L. is not responsible for the misuse of a product by the Customer and is thus excluded from all responsibility against misuse.
Returns
We are committed to offering the maximum quality and the best guarantee.
If, for any reason, the Customer were not satisfied with an order, s/he would have a period of 7 working days from the date s/he received the goods to return them (according to art. 44 of the Law 7/1996, dated January 15th of the Ordenación del Comercio Minorista and modified by Law 47/2002, dated December 19th)
The product would have to be return in its original packaging without having been used by the Customer.
According to the Law 47/2002 of the Ordenación del Comercio Minorista, the following cannot be returned:
- Products which are personalized (personalized computers or laptops,…)and in general terms, anything which is made according to customer specifications.
- Products which can be reproduced or copied immediately, (Compact Discs, software, Movies, books, …) and also office supplies which have been opened.
- Products which have been tried and used and which cannot be sold as new.
- Products with “blister” packaging can never be returned once they have been opened.
- Memory: Memory can only be returned if it is defective, as it is a product which is ordered directly from the manufacturer.
- Accessories: Returns of accessories which complement other products will not be accepted (laptop accessories, PDAs, digital camaras, printers,…)
- Internal computer components, such as internal graphic cards, controllers, motherboards,...
- Connection products (routers, wireless products,…).
When making a return, the Customer is to pay the shipping and handling charges. An item, which does not arrive back to us in perfect condition, which is not in its original packaging and in the best state possible, or which has been used, will not be exchanged or refunded.
To return any product, the Customer must first send an email explaining the reason for the return to incidencias@electronicaweb.com
Technical Support will send the customer an R.M.A. which s/he will have to sign and send along with the product. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouse along with confirmation of its condition, the refund will be issued in the original payment method.
Returns of defective products or products sent by mistake are permitted. However, since the Customer would have to pay the shipping cost, s/he would have to inform us of this within a seven day period from the date the shipment is received.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain. The parties agree to renounce any other jurisdiction that is not exclusively the one aforementioned. They agree to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, under this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Courts where MUZAMAN S.L. is located.
